Know what to sew first.
See what every rush costs.
prioritier keeps one deadline-ordered list of every dress in your studio, prints today's work on a single sheet for the floor, and shows you which orders will slip before you say yes to a rush.
The plan lives in the boss's head.
Dresses are promised for competitions and studio visits. Then a rush comes in, the stones arrive late, a helper from another department joins for the afternoon, and the whole week reshuffles. Nobody can see what it cost until a dress misses its date.
Rushes arrive every day
Each yes quietly pushes other dresses back. By the time anyone notices, a competition dress is already late.
Materials show up late
Stones and fabric decide when work can start, not the calendar. Waiting dresses get forgotten until it's too late to catch up.
Schedulers need constant care
Earlier tools wanted accurate hour estimates for every person and daily updates. Nobody on a busy floor has time for that.
prioritier doesn't try to run your studio for you. It shows everyone the order of work, and shows the boss what each override costs. The idea behind it, in one sentence.
One sheet of paper a day.
That's the whole loop.
Your manager spends a few minutes on it. The floor never touches a screen.
Print today's sheet
The top of the priority list, sized to your shop's hours, with a checkbox for every stage and a QR code.
The floor ticks boxes
Cut, Sew, Decorate, Finish, Shipped. If a dress is stuck, they write why. No logins, no phones, no training.
Snap a photo
Upload it from your phone, even sideways or upside down. The QR code identifies the sheet and straightens the page.
Review and re-sort
The ticks are read for you and shown next to the photo. Accept them all or fix a row, and tomorrow's list is ready.
The daily sheet: large black-and-white print, one landscape page, marked by hand.
Say yes with your eyes open.
Enter a rush before you promise it. prioritier re-sorts the list and shows where the new dress lands, which dresses slip past their ship-by date, and by how many days, all before you save.
- Pin to the top when the boss insists. The override is recorded with what it displaced.
- The override log totals the hours of work every rush and pin pushed back, so the cost is in front of whoever makes the promise.
Every dress, in the order it should be worked.
Dresses are sorted by ship-by date, the event deadline minus shipping days. Each one gets a projected finish from your shop's real capacity and is flagged on track, tight or will miss.
- Home shows the day at a glance: capacity, what will miss, what's blocked, and what each team is working on.
- The board groups dresses by event. Filter by team or phase and save the views you use every day.
- Blocked dresses keep their place. They wait on a separate list with the latest day they can be unblocked and still ship on time.
See the next month before it happens.
The timeline lays out every dress phase by phase against its ship-by date. Lateness shows up as a red bar weeks ahead, while there's still time to do something about it.
- Day, week and month zoom, with a line for today.
- Per-team windows show when work reaches each team and how long it stays.
- A tick for each ship-by date, so you can see how much room every dress has.
Made for a busy floor, not a planning department.
Worker logins
Hourly staff work from paper. Only the manager uses the app.
Of upkeep a day
Print in the morning, scan in the evening, and that's it.
Per-person estimates
Dress size and each team's daily hours are all it needs.
Page for the floor
One printed sheet is the whole worker interface.
Small details that come up every week.
Teams and hours
Give each team its hours per day and the phases it works. Hand-offs between teams are built into every projection.
Shipping built in
Overnight, express or ground, domestic or international. Transit days set each dress's real ship-by date.
Garment packages
Designs, fabric, measurements and client details print on a cover page, right after the daily sheet.
History and alterations
Every dress keeps a history. Reopen a finished one for alterations and see what it pushes back first.
Made for the manager's phone
Every screen works at iPhone size. Add a dress or a rush in under a minute, from anywhere in the studio.
Your data, exportable
Export every dress and the override log as CSV whenever you like. Each studio's data is kept separate.
One plan. One studio. Everything in it.
Less than the cost of one late competition dress.

Questions studios ask.
Do my workers need accounts or phones?
No. The floor works from the printed sheet: they tick a box when a stage is done and write a note if something is stuck. Only the manager uses the app.
Do I need to know exactly how long each dress takes?
No. You pick a size (S, M, L or XL), and each size is worth a set number of hours that you can adjust. You tell prioritier how many hours each team has per day. There are no per-person speeds and no time tracking.
What if the photo of the sheet is hard to read?
Glue and crystals smudge paper, so every reading goes through a review screen that shows each row next to the cropped photo. Marks the reader isn't sure about are held for you, and any row can be fixed with a tap before the board updates.
Can the boss still override the plan?
Yes. Pin a dress to the top and it moves first. Before you save, prioritier shows what the pin pushes back, and the override log keeps a record of it. It won't stop an override; it makes the cost visible.
What happens when stones or fabric are late?
Mark the dress blocked with a reason. It keeps its place in line, steps out of the schedule so it doesn't hold up others, and shows the latest day it can be unblocked and still ship on time.
Who is prioritier for?
Studios that make garments to hard deadlines: competition dresses, dance and skating costumes, and studio-visit orders. It suits a shop where one manager keeps the plan and a team of makers does the work.
How much will it cost?
$49 a month per studio at launch. That price may change before launch. Join the waitlist and you'll hear about early access and pricing first.
